Soak in the sounds of rural Newfoundland with this gorgeous, innovative concert experience by composer Michael Cloud Duguay.
In June 2024, Duguay travelled over 1,500km across Newfoundland, recording original music on seven historic church organs in seven remote coastal communities. This led to the imaginative and acclaimed album, “Kingdom Come, Kingdom Go.”
On Sept 24 at Old Confidence Lodge, Duguay and friends will be reinterpreting that album with an intoxicating blend of live music, digital reproduction, and real-time sound design.
Featuring musicians Andrew MacKelvie (Many Worlds, New Hermitage, Scions) Dave Grenon (Joyful Joyful, Scions), and Markus Lake (Markus Floats, Egyptian Cotton Arkestra). This will be a night to remember.
