The rental fee of $3500+HST includes:

• Rental of the stage, main floor, and balcony for 12 hours

• A 2-hour ceremony rehearsal the day before

• Set up and tear down of the hall (apart from your personalized decor)

• Use of our long rectangular tables (8)

• Use of our chairs (100)

• Use of our small cocktail tables (9)

• Use of our in-house sound system and microphones, plus a sound technician

• Use of our stage lighting, plus lighting operator

• Kitchen access for caterer

• Full use of property for photographs

• Bartender for reception

• The option of cash or host bar, plus bartending services

• The opportunity to offer a specialty signature cocktail of your choice

• Two preparation rooms

• Complimentary accommodations available for the wedding couple for one night

• Complimentary site visit the following day to take down decorations
